Music Octopus (2-5 years old):
this early music awareness class is designed for children aged 2-5. Music theory, music instruments, music history, singing technique will be introduced. The class meets weekly for 30 minutes. Monthly flat rate tuition is $68. Enrollment is on-going; students are welcome to join anytime. Walk-in tuition is $20 each class.

Piano Slippery Fish (3-4 years old): a group keyboard class for children aged 3-4, designed for students with limited or no music experience. Keyboard technique, music theory, rhythm exercises, sight reading and ear-training will be introduced. Class size is limited to 4-8 students. Parent participation is required. Each session consists of 12 classes. Class meets weekly for 50 minutes. Tuition is $300/12 classes, and a one-time material fee is $40. Try out class is $30 per lesson.

Violin Great White Shark (6-8 years old): a group violin class for children aged 6-8. The class is designed for students with limited or no music experience. Technique, music theory, ear training, sight reading, rhythm exercises will be introduced. Class size is limited to 4-8 students. Parent participation is NOT required, and students are required to have their own instruments. Each session consists of 12 classes. Class meets weekly for 45 minutes. Tuition is $300/12 classes, and a one-time material fee is $160. (Material fee includes a whole violin set with violin, case, bow, rosin, music stand and music books.) $120 will be deducted from the material fee if you have your own instrument.

Guitar Blue Whale (6-8 years old): a group guitar class for children aged 6-8. The class is designed for students with limited or no music experience. Classical guitar playing technique, music theory, sight reading of staff notes and chords, rhythm exercises will be introduced. Class size is limited to 4-8 students. All students are required to have their own instruments. Each session consists of 12 classes. Class meets weekly for 45 minutes. Tuition is $300/12 classes, and a one-time material fee is $200. (Material includes a whole set with guitar, footstool, music stand and music books.) $140 will be deducted from the material fee if you have your own instrument.

Group Choral Lesson

Class description: This 45 minute class will work on theory and sightreading skills, singing in-tune and rhythm and pitch recognition. Techniques used will be varied depending on the skills of the students. Kodaly pedagogy will be employed to teach solfeggio and harmony, and a varied repertoire of folk, classical, and show tunes.
