I understand that any questions, concerns, and responsibilities related to my position as a faculty member at Opus 1 Music Studio are to be reported to and supervised by my manager, the VP of Education. I also understand that any requests for time off or changes in availability must be submitted 30 days in advance and approved by the VP of Education in order to be accepted. The VP of Education is here to assist you in any way possible and please do not hesitate to provide any feedback - whether positive or constructive at any time.
